the location is great and in a quiet area, perfect for backpackers like me. There was a supermarket and the beach nearby. the apartment was spacious with a beautiful bathroom and a cozy bedroom. the personnel provided great service and was very helpful. Breakfast was really nice, and the facilities were great, such as the big balcony and the free bikes for rent.
The information about the parking was unclear, and the meal system could be improved to accommodate non-Italian and non-German speaking guests.

The hotel touring breakfast was better than the average Italian low-cost-hotel- breakfast. Served was cheese, ham, a variety of bread rolls and not too bad coffee, as well as yogurt.
In particular almost all bathrooms have mold on the ceilings - thus ventilation in bathrooms is very poor. When you visit in colder season like we have (ca. 10-14°C), you will be disappointed with the heating system since it is virtually not existing.

The breakfast was good, and the helpfulness of the staff in the dining room.
Rooms were very small, ours was at the back and overlooked a car park and the kitchen of the hotel behind. The sister hotel looked prettier, wish we'd chosen that one. About a 30 minute walk to the old town.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area, which ensured a peaceful and restful experience. One of the best aspects of this place was the service bicycle hire. I took full advantage of this and had a fantastic time exploring the city on bike. The hotel also provided laundry facilities, which was incredibly convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace was a great addition, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a dining table and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

The apartment was well-equipped, with everything we needed to cook and make coffee. We enjoyed having a balcony and there was a supermarket nearby for convenience. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean.
Checking out took longer than expected due to a trainee at the reception. The noise level from the ventilation in the neighboring building could be heard if the balcony door was open.
